Admiral Russell during his time as Commander of the fleet in the Straights paid 17 Captains under his command against Rescripts, see attached appendix [ADM/A/1830/102] below. This amounted to £1694 0s 4p. We direct you to reimburse Admiral Russell for this sum, and charge each individual the sum listed against their name.
