I send this to acquaint you that orders are sent to Commissioner Greenhill at Portsmouth to order the first ship Westwards to Convoy the Greenfish Store ship to Plymouth, and orders likewise sent to Commissioner Saint Lo to direct the warship bound for Kinsale to take care of her hither, also to appoint convoy for the THOMAS and OCTION Hoy to Portsmouth.
