Having ordered HMS MAIDSTONE to Portsmouth, on her arrival we direct you cause her to be cleaned, refitted and victualled for 10 weeks. And in case the JOLLY PRIZE leak cannot be stopped at the Nore, we have ordered her into Sheerness. If she comes there you are to order her to be cleaned and refitted and furnished with provisions to complete her victualling to 10 weeks with all dispatch.
