Mr Vincent Pearce was appointed a volunteer on the 10th of February 1693/4 on board HMS SUFFOLK, and then moved to the QUEENBROUGH. We direct you to pay him the usual allowance as a volunteer from the date of his entry into the QUEENBOROUGH to this date despite him not having a warrant from this Board, we having now given him our warrant.
