In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to give orders to the commissioners of the out ports that when they give leave to officers in ordinary to go on pressing occasions, to be absent from their duty. The said leave shall not exceed a fortnight. When they do so they are to inform you, and appoint someone to replace them.
