In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

It being the intentions of the Lords Justices that the men in the Fleet be paid their Bounty as per the Summer Royal Proclamation upon the arrival in Torbay, we have instructed Sir George Rooke to arrange for lists to be prepared for each ship of men who are eligible and how much they are due according to their qualifications. Sir George Rooke is to keep the lists until you are ready to pay the men. You are to send the money and clerks to Torbay upon the Fleets arrival. If you think there is anything further to be done on this matter you are to give this Board notice.
