Whereas George Musqeer, Shamphire Lordong and James Develear, natives of Switzerland, deserted the French service in Catalonia and entered themselves on board HMS DUKE, and afterwards served on VICTOR and WINDSOR and now discharged and about to return to their own country, we direct you to pay the wages due to them for their Service as in the muster books of the aforesaid Ships.
