It appearing that Mr Edward Kingsly was on the 17 April 1695 appointed a Volunteer on HMS GREENWICH under the command of Captain Richard Finch by the order of the Rt. Hon Edward Russell Admiral of the Fleet. We direct you to make the usual allowance to Edward Kingsley for the time he served in that capacity.
