The commander of the Ruby at the Nore has informed my Lordships that her rudder is so defective that she cannot hold any Tack, their Lordships have instructed me to send you an extract of his letter and direct you to give immediate orders to get the ship into a fit condition to proceed on her intended voyage to Yarmouth and from there to Holland.
