Having indicated to us that you have signed Bills on the Treasury of the Navy for the Flag pay of Vice Admiral Mitchell from the 1st. of January 1695 to 29 September following as Rear Admiral of the Red, and the Commission appointing him Vice Admiral of the Blue dated 19th August 1695. We do hereby direct you to pay him as Vice Admiral of the Blue from 19 August until 29 September.
