We also require you to give orders for the Ordinary and Riggers of Chatham and Sheerness Yards to assist in taking HMS CORNWALL from the Buoy at the Nore to Blackstakes to remove her guns, stores and provisions and then to Chatham to be paid off and Laid up, and all her Foremast Men, excepting servants of the Commander and Warrant officers to be sent to the RUBY PRIZE at the Nore.
