I direct you to take on board HMS ROYAL OAK under your command Mr Hart Orchard (who is within the age established) to be a Volunteer on board and at the end of the voyage give him a certificate of his Behaviour therein with aspects of his diligence, sobriety, obedience to command, and applying himself to the study and practices of the art of navigation.
