Re. your letter of the 27th inst. That the Fire Ship MACHINE at Sheerness is so defective she is not worth repairing and thereby you propose paying her off and laying her up there. We do hereby direct you pay her off and lay her up as directed in our order of the 20th April last but not repaired.
