You recently informed us of the failure to follow orders by several Captains of ships recently paid off. Following promises by Captain Henry Collins commanding HM Hired Hos[pital Ship SOCIETY (which he still commands) to follow instructions in future and admitting the said failure, we direct you to pay his wages.
