We also require you to cause the prize at Plymouth brought in by the Montagu to be employed assisting the Hulk there in the reception of the guns, provisions and stores of HM Ships which come in for cleaning and refitting, as you advised us that she was unfit for any other use. We also agree with your arrangement with Mr. Barrett of Harwich to build another 3rd rate by the last of December next.
