In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commissioners for Victualling have informed the Treasury that Sr. Joseph Horne presented them on 26 Dec. last a Bill of Exchange for $5000 at £54 and 2/3rds amounting to £1138 17s 9p.drawn from Leghorn by Mr Lambert Blackwall for 4 months victuals for 6 ships gone to Turkey, this is now due to be paid.
