In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Sir John Ashby has reported that he has ordered the men on HMS HARWICH (now fitting out) to join the Resolution to assist in taking her from Portsmouth to the Nore. We direct you to cause the HARWICH men to be paid Conduct money on arrival at the Nore to enable them to return to HMS HARWICH at Portsmouth.
