In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to take care that Pensioned or Superannuated Officers that live near any of HM Yards be obliged to attend those yards at times directed by Commissioner, or if no Commissioner, by the Master Shipwright for the Carpenters and the Master Attendant for other officers to carry out such duties they are capable of doing.
