In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
It appears to us by a Certificate under the hands of the Minister, Churchwardens and other inhabitants of the Parish of Battersea in the County of Surrey, that Richard Levey has been an inhabitant of the said Parish for twenty five years and keeps a Yard for building and repairing Lighters . He has informed us that he is imprest to serve as a Shipwright in the Deptford Yard. We direct you to cause him to be discharged from the imprest to serve in the Deptford Yard.
