In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Application has been made to this Board by Mons; De Hop, Envoy Extra from the States General of the United Provinces, that the HARLEM, Captain Arnont Manart, may repair some damage at the Portsmouth Yard.
We direct you to give an Order that the Ship be permitted to be hauled on shore on the Portsmouth Ways, or careened by the Hulk as shall be most convenient for repairing the damage she has received, as far as may be done without hindering the dispatch of their Majesties' Ships repairing there
