In answer to your letter of the 7th inst; concerning Convoy for Mr Fitch's Vessels this is to inform you that the PEMBROKE which is going to Plymouth, is directed to Convoy those Vessels if she finds them ready in the Downs to sail with her, but if they should not get there by that time please inform me so that some other Convoy may be appointed for them.
