We direct you to cause the Officers and Company of the SOUDADOES, now at Sheerness, to be forthwith paid the Wages due to them to the first of October 1690.
We also direct you to cause the Bills of Exchange drawn on your Board by Walter Middleton Esq; for his Disbursements about Men sent to Liverpool the last year for the service of the Fleet, to be paid out of the first Money that shall come to the Treasurer of the Navy's hands that is not appointed particularly for some other service.
