In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you that in the victualling of their Majesties' Fleet this year the Men be allowed but half their proportion of Beef, and the rest supplied by Flour, Raisins and Suet, as also that for one day in each week, instead of Oatmeal they be victualled with Stockfish, if it can be had.
