In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Your Report to this Board of December 22nd last concerning the Petition of Blanch Colvin, Widow of James Colvin, informed us that the Petitioner's husband, a Quarter Gunner of the TIGER PRIZE, voluntarily went onshore in the Expedition against St Christopher's and received a facial wound from which he died.
After consideration we direct you to make an allowance to the Widow of their Majesties' Royal Bounty for the loss of her husband.
