There were some Sugars and Molasses brought home from the Barbadoes in the PRINCESS ANNE for which Freight is to be paid, according to the Bill of Lading herewith sent to you.
We direct you to take care that the Freight for the said Goods be paid to the Treasurer of the Navy and be duly charged therewith.
