In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We have this day directed the Sum of seventy thousand six hundred and three pounds nine shillings and eleven pence half penny to be forthwith issued at the Receipt of the Exchequer to the Navy Treasurer out of Loans on the Second months aid being in further part of the sum of ten hundred thousand pounds appropriated by the Act of Parliament for granting of the said aid to uses of the Navy and Ordnance.
The detailed Sums are allocated to Victualling, Payment of Officers and Semen, Wear and Tear, and for the building of a Dry Dock and two Wet Docks at Portsmouth. Signed Sidney Godolphin; John Lowther; Richard Hampden [Treasury Officers].
