In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you to send us an Account what Boats and Stores of any sort have been furnished from their Majesties' several Yards to any of the Ships of the States of Holland for which ready Money has been paid, expressing therein the nature and quantity of the Stores so furnished, and sums of Money paid for each of them, and which Yard Officers signed the Accounts.
We further direct you to cause the PORTLAND and PHEONIX to be paid to the 30th March 1691.
