In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Lieutenant Hartnell of the SOVEREIGN has informed us that he is sending a vessel to Plymouth to procure Men, and that there are several Seamen at Barnstable and thereabouts that are willing to serve if they might have Conduct Money to travel to Plymouth.
We direct you to give an Order that that the said Men be paid Conduct Money at Plymouth upon their arrival there and going on board the vessel appointed to bring them about.
