In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Court Martial which lately enquired into the loss of the MARY ROSE and CONSTANT WARWICK, having adjudged that the Commanders and Officers of these Ships did their duty in the fight which they had with the French Men of War, which took the Ships, we direct you to cause the Commanders and Officers to be paid the Wages due to them for their service in these Ships, notwithstanding our former orders for stopping the same.
