In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have confirmed a warrant given by the Rt. Hon. Earl of Torrington, Admiral of the Fleet, dated 30 March 1689, for Richard Lovelace to be Master Gunner of the RUBY. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 3 February 1692.
