In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Nicholas Taylor, Master Gunner of the SPY fireship, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the GARLAND, in place of the former removed into the new 3rd Rate ship building at Southampton. You are to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 5 February 1692.
