In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Plume, late Master Gunner of the MARYROSE, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the NEWCASTLE, in the room of the former removed to the new 3rd Rate building at Portsmouth. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 8 February 1692.
