In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We have confirmed a warrant given by the Earl of Torrington, Admiral of their Majesties' fleet and dated 30 March 1689, for Thomas Marshal to be Master Cook of the RUBY. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 15 February 1692.
