Michael Lee, Master Carpenter of the WARSPITE, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the ST ANDREW in place of the former removed to the SOVEREIGN. You are directed to enter him accordingly together wit an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 16 February 1692.
