In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Joseph Allin, Master Carpenter of the ST ANDREW, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the SOVEREIGN in place of the former made Second Assistant Shipwright at Chatham. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 16 February 1692.
