John Blisset, late Boatswain of the DUNBARTON, is to be appointed Boatswain of the new 3rd Rate building at Portsmouth. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 18 February 1692.
