In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
James Hobbs, late Master Carpenter of the MARY ROSE, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the new 3rd Rate building at Hull. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 19 February 1692.
