The Petition of an unnamed Gunner who has served in the MARGARETTA Galley, the JAMES Galley and the DUNKIRK for a combined period of seventeen years and who, through age and failing eye-sight can no longer fulfill his duties. On the reverse is an instruction to the Navy Board to furnish a report on the matter.
