In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The YORK, RESERVE, KINGFISHER and LEOPARD Hulk having just returned from Cadiz have been ordered to proceed to the Nore. An opinion is required as to where the first three ships are to be repaired, whereas the LEOPARD is to continue as a Hulk.
