In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Requiring the three new Third Rates building at Woolwich, Southampton and Bursledon to be fitted out for sea as soon as possible and furnished their highest complements of Men and Victuals. They are to be named the BREDA, the CORNWALL and the DEVONSHIRE. Procured Men are to join the Hospital ships lying at the Nore and Spithead.
