You are directed to see that no persons who have either half pay or pensions settled on the charge of the Navy, are paid until you have certificates that they have taken oaths to their Majesties and made the Declaration and Subscribed the Test directed by Act of Parliament for Abrogating of the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiances and appointing other Oaths.
