In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
A Dutch ship the CHATERHOUSE has come to Portsmouth to be cleaned and refitted and you are directed to give orders that the ship may be permitted to make use of the hulk and lighters in so far as it does not hinder the fitting of their Majesties ships.
