In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have the ships of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Rates, supplied with such part of their provisions as they have already expended, before the fleet sails from the Downs. You are also to pay the wages of the officers and company of the ST ALBANS ordered to Portsmouth to refit.
