In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
A Dutch ship the NORTH QUARTER has come to Portsmouth to repair her leaks and other damage. They are to have the use of the hulk there, so far as this may be done without hindrance to our ships. You are to have the ship supplied as such small stores as she is in want of, taking care that an account is kept of this and the charge repaid.
