You are directed to order the Commissioners of the Victualling to supply quantities of cloth for making bags for the men to boil their puddings. The ships RUPERT, RUBY, ADVICE, DRAGON, FALCON, EXPERIMENT, MERMAID, QUAKER ketch, DUNKIRK, CHESTER, LOYAL MERCHANT and HAWK fireship were ordered to the West Indies and before proceeding were ordered for service in the Channel. You are directed to have the ships not yet victualled for the West Indies to be furnished with 3 months victuals for service in the Channel.
