The commanders of the EAGLET ketch and the SWEEPSTAKES, having orders to receive the Scotch seamen at Leith, you are directed to have the allowance made to them as the commanders shall give receipts for by our orders of 24 February last, and to have provisions put on board the SHEERNESS and LONDON MERCHANT.
