The French vessel lately taken on the Goodwin Sands and named the GOODWIN prize, is to be sailed to Portsmouth to be cleaned and fitted. On arrival at Portsmouth she is to be cleaned and tallowed, and you are to report to us your opinion of the number of men and the number and nature of guns to be established. You are also directed to have the GERMOON prize, advice boat at Plymouth once in each month for their better sailing.
