In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have thought fit to confirm a warrant given by Edward Russell, Admiral of their Majesties' fleet, dated 12 February 1689/90, to John Grubb to be Master Gunner of the FUBBS, yacht. You are required to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 27 April 1692.
