John Capell, Master Gunner of the QUAKER ketch, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the PRINCE OF ORANGE hired ship during her time in their Majesties' service. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to dated 27 April 1692.
