In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have directed that the sum of £25,000 be issued to the Treasurer of the Navy, out of loans ayed being a further part of £1 million appropriated by Act of Parliament for the use of the Navy and Ordnance. We direct that the £25,000 be applied as follows; payment of officers and seamen £15,000; wear and tear £5,000; victualling £5,000. Your warrant for this is to be dated 28 April 1692.
